45 pieces of chicken tenderloin filets sautéed with onions, mushrooms and peppers with marinara sauce and a touch of sherry wine.

Ziti baked with Ricotta, Mozzarella and Romano cheese and our homemade sauce.

All catering orders will be HOT and ready to serve. If you will not be eating your food the same day please request your items to be cold. Not all items are recommended to be reheated. Call 518-355-5323 if you have specific questions.
All catering orders require 6 days notice in order to prepare. Keep in mind that specific days and times can sell out ahead of the 6 day window. If placing an order under 6 days notice, please call us at 518-355-5323 to discuss further.

WHEN COLD FOOD IS REQUESTED: Reheating Tray Instructions: Preheat oven at 325 °F. Reheating time is 1 hour for all trays EXCEPT Lasagna, which is 2 Hours. Remember everyone’s oven varies!! Make sure to check on your food while reheating to proper internal temperature, which is 165°F/74 C or above.
ALL CATERING ORDERS SHOULD BE ORDERED 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE OR SOONER PLEASE. KEEP IN MIND SOME DAYS AND TIMES WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE 5 DAY WINDOW!
